Description This is a 3 acre property set in mature Hawaiian gardens overlooking other Hawaiian islands from an elevated position with spectacular mountains views to the rear. This 6 bedroom strong air-conditioned property has cherry floors, its own library, and a 10 foot indoor waterfall growing local orchids. Every detail of luxury is catered for, from the illuminated makeup mirrors to 400 count cotton sheets. There is a 52 inch viewing media room, gourmet kitchen, pool table, wrap around grass lawn, lava rocks saline waterfall pool and loungers, heated whirlpool, designed shaded BBQ, and high quality and antique furniture though out. This property is especially private. The view from the panoramic wrap around terrace is spectacular, the Terrace is decorated with an antique Maharaja afternoon 4 poster outdoor Bali bed with flowing fabrics which sets the scene for afternoon siestas and evening drinks. Bedroom Setup All bedrooms have King or Queen beds All bedrooms have access to the 2000 square foot wrap around shaded under roof terrace. Air conditioning in the bedrooms have individual room controls. The pool is large and has a rock hot tub jacuzzi whirl pool that waterfalls into the pool. For those on a longer stay who wish to do laundry, the home also has 2 full laundry rooms. One for staff , one for you. The house will sleep up to 20 with incremental amounts of squeeze.12 to 16 people is very easy.Due to the size of the house (some 8500 square feet ) and the multiple seating social areas, 16 to 20 people does not feel cramped. Both houses are very private as all lots in this neighborhood are between 3 and 60 acres each. Neighbors are there , but fewer and further away. Master bedroom—king and en suite, double headed shower, big tub. Bedroom 2 - king and en suite, loft area good for children, not adults. Bedroom 3 - king and shared bathroom/shower Bedroom 4 - king and shared bathroom/shower. Bedroom 5 - queen and shared bathroom/shower. Bedroom 6 - queen and ensuite.Big room, will take 2 more queen beds easily. There is another bathroom with shower that can be allocated to a bedroom id desired.
Beaches There are several swimming/surfing beaches within 5 minutes but the nicest is one minute drive at the bottom of the hill where there is a beautiful local beach which is very quite.It has washrooms, rest rooms, showers, Concreted in BBQ`s and tables, and plate washing facilities and parking.It has an old whaling rock lagoon that has filled up with sand and is calm whatever the sea does and warm always too.My young kids always went there as it is so safe. You can walk to this beach in 5 minutes. This beach is good for beginner surfers as it is rarely rough. The beach is part shaded and part full sun. Adjoining the wharf, there is a regular sandy beach with smaller surfing waves but still not rough.
Laniopoko is just south 4 minutes south of Lahaina town , 35 from the airport and 30 from all the golf courses.15 from Kanapali,30 from Wailea.
For Children. There is a gated toddler area, the main terrace is secure-able from the pool by a long gate on wheels, and there is a large shaded sandpit surrounded by an acre of lawn. There is a cinema, TV room and Wee game system. Children€s DVD library. For children The layout is ideal as the house is predominantly all on one level but with an upstairs vaulted ceiling pool table area leading to an observatory roof. Her web address is www.marysloanphoto.com Weddings events and corporate This property is very well suited to weddings and corporate events due to its large wrap around lawns and terraces, and having such a large area under roof [ easily handle 30 - 40 people ] which insures the big day against a rain out. Whilst both houses do suit very well for weddings, it is necessary to decline bookings that need a DJ or a band due to noise problems. Acoustic music or a Hawaiian duo works well. Also Numbers must be kept to 40 people due the limitations that the property automatically imposes. However a group that is certain to be a quite group, we can accommodate 45 people. Dining Serenity has indoor dining that will seat 14 on the one large glass table.Also there is outdoor seating for 12 around one large table. The nightly rates vary from $1450 in the lowest season to $2900 in the highest season with the rest of the year being under$1950 per night or less. When compared to the cost of a hotel suite or even hotel room, the cost per head is way cheaper and for huge square footage and massive facilities and full on quality and services.
